Founded in January of 1995, Wuxi Jianyuan Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. (JYCSC) has the Class A Construction Supervision Qualification licensed by China Ministry of Construction. JYCSC was granted Certificate of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2000.
With the discipline of “careful supervision, impartial law-reinforcement, scientific management, to satisfy the clients’ requirements” as our working guidance, JYCSC makes all efforts to provide top-quality supervision services to our clients. At present, JYCSC has 125 professional technicians. Among them, 25 are senior engineers, 26 are China Certified Supervision Engineers (CCSE) and 28 have the Certificates for General Supervision Engineer of Construction Project issued by the Construction Committee of Jiangsu Province. JYCSC has rational management structure, professional facilities and strong technical forces. In JYCSC, there are also many specialists with years of construction experience and rich field expertise on construction design and project management.
Since our founding, with standardized managing system, scientific managing measures, qualified working staffs, exquisite professional technologies and sincere working attitude, JYCSC has undertaken the supervision work of more than 120 construction projects, with total construction areas over 250 million square meters and total investments up to RMB 70 billion.
The quality of construction projects undertaken by JYCSC has been maintaining on a high level. 10 projects were awarded with Provincial Best Project prizes and 20 projects were awarded with Municipal Best Project prizes. The following cases are just as examples:
1. The original design of “Wuxi Technology Building Project” was to make piling. The suggestion raised by JYCSC made it to be unnecessary and shortened the whole construction period, which saved our client more than 0.5 million investments.
2. “Yinhui Mansion Project” had a 3-floor basement. The foundation pit was more than 11 meters deep and had 588 piles (266 enclosure piles and 362 construction piles). JYCSC’s supervision engineers provided 24-hour tracing service and made forms for all the piles respectively. The proposal on the design of pit slabs saved about 90 tons of steel and over 0.3 million investments.
3. In the case of “Vocational Education Center of Wuxi Education Committee Project”, 22 sub-contracts commenced simultaneously. Supervision engineers worked carefully and strictly to control the construction quality and drawings. JYCSC also provided free engineering consultation services on Wuxi Education Committee’s other construction projects.
4. Wuxi People’s Hall is designed by Tongji University and the key project of Wuxi Municipal Government. Our feasible proposal on the foundation design saved more than 2 million investments for our client. The original design of foundation boxes hadn’t taken the footage forces of ground water into account, supervision engineers from JYCSC found the risk during construction drawing review. With improvements on the original design, a potential accident was successfully prevented. This project was honored as Best Project of Jiangsu Province in 2001.
